Real Estate Licensing Courses

The first step to a career in real estate is to attend pre-licensing classes. An applicant for the Salesperson License must be at least 18 years old, complete the pre-license course with 100% attendance, pass the state and national exam with a 75% minimum score and associate with a Missouri broker.
The requirements of a Broker's License are the same, except that you must first pass the Salesperson's Exam, complete a 48-hour Broker License course, pass the Broker exam and then apply for a Missouri Broker License. You can pass the Salesperson's Exam and enroll in a Broker License course immediately; being licensed as an active salesperson is not required.
