| Bob Bax entered the real estate profession in July of 1988 with Coldwell Banker, and one year later, was a top agent in the Clayton Office. In April of 1992, Bob became the assistant manager of the Clayton Office and the Branch Manager in October of 1992. Bob joined Prudential Alliance Realtors as an Officer in January, 2009. Under Bob's leadership, the Clayton Office has grown from a selling volume of 36 million in 1992 to over 165 million in 2008. In 2009, Bob's Prudential office closed over 700 sales with volume exceeding $210,000. Bob has been recognized as a President's Council recipient mulitiple times (Top 20% of managers out of 1,000 across the country). Agents both experienced and newly licensed have excelled in Bob's office. Top agents from other companies have transferred to Bob and new agents are consistently recognized at the company awards event for their accomplishments in the first year. Bob's office consistently ranks as one of the top office for agent productivity. The office has also enjoyed assisting builders/developers with numerous new construction projects in the central area. Bob's committee work includes: Professional Standards, Realtor Housing Assistance Fund, and Contract & Forms (Chairman 1996 & 2009). Bob was also honored by the St. Louis Association of Realtors as the 2000 Manager of the year & 2008 Realtor of the year. Extracurricular activities include Past Planning/Zoning & Board of Adjustment & Appeals Member of Richmond Heights, Immacalata Parish & School, Ronald McDonald House, Friends of Kids, Rainbow Village with Cancer and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Bob lives in Brentwood with his wife & two children. |
